Our beloved bike has some characters which need minor refinement and one is front mudguard as in original shape it throws dirt in air box.

Went today to local shops and tried to find a stylish part to make mudguard longer but did only find nearly good solutions.

Do you have find a standard solution and part for this issue?

isn't it easier/better to make a dirt deflector on the airbox inlet?

Tried to figure out it already, but did not find a good enough solution. Longer mudguard is the most simple solution. It also protects radiator.

Circular economy again

Armin suggested to take plastic from old bag, but did not find any but a black oil container, which actually has very similar material.




Now i have alternative mudguards for different roads

Attachment is general and can be applied to other mudguards as well. Only they are wide enough to keep them selves straight. Will replace shiny 6mm bolt with black one though...
